1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RewardRift.app (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We may revise these Terms from time to time, and by continuing to use the Service after revisions are posted, you agree to the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account

To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract. You are responsible for providing accurate information during registration and for keeping your account credentials secure. You may not share your account or allow others to use it, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Use of Service

Opinion Cash provides a platform where you can earn rewards (cash, gift cards, etc.) by participating in surveys and other activities. You must use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use.

4. Surveys and Rewards

Survey participation is subject to availability and qualification. You agree to provide honest and accurate responses. Rewards are earned according to the rules displayed for each survey or activity. We reserve the right to void rewards or suspend accounts if fraud, duplicate accounts, inconsistent, or dishonest responses are detected. Withdrawals are processed through methods we provide (e.g., PayPal, gift cards), and minimum withdrawal thresholds and processing times may apply. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party payment providers.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in the following activities:

• Creating multiple accounts or using false or misleading information
• Using bots, scripts, or automated means to complete surveys or access the Service
• Copying, scraping, or reverse engineering the Service or its content
• Interfering with the security or proper functioning of the Service
• Violating any applicable laws or infringing upon the rights of others

If we determine that you have violated these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account and withhold reward payouts.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and features of the Service (including text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by Opinion Cash or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or content without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Service is solely at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opinion Cash and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the lesser of the rewards you received from us in the 12 months prior to the claim or 100 USD.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account and your right to use the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Any earned rewards that meet withdrawal criteria at the time of termination may be paid out in accordance with our policies.

10. Changes to Service or Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. By continuing to use the Service after changes are posted, you agree to the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
